 WEATHERFORD INTERNATIONAL DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND
 HOUSTON, Sept. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Weatherford International


(AMEX: WII) announced today that the board of directors of the company has approved a quarterly dividend of $.65625 per share on its $2.625 convertible exchangeable cumulative preferred stock payable on Oct. 15 to stockholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 30.
 Weatherford is a diversified international energy service and manufacturing company that provides tubular running and fishing services, sells products and equipment and rents specialized equipment and fishing tools to the oil and gas industry.
