WE LOVE TELLY!: DOCUMENTARY THE FAMILY MAN BBCI, 9pm.
THINGS get just a touch histrionic (OK, mad) in the final part of this fertility drama.
For starters, Gillian (Michelle Collins) fears her unborn baby might be a latent nutter when the egg-donor tries to kill herself.
I got ill because of My Family," reveals Daniela Denby-Ashe, in a shocking revelation.
And fertility expert Dr Patrick Stowe (Trevor Eve) faces losing his licence when he breaks the law by choosing the sex of an embryo to give patients Paul and Jane the son they long for.
So here's one solution that occurred to me (but not, unfortunately, to either Dr Stowe or writer Tony Marchant). Implant two embryos, a boy and a girl, keep everyone happy and your nose clean?
If any other doctors out there are struggling with similar ethical dilemmas, feel free to drop me a line and I'll see what I can do.
