WARREN PETROLEUM ACQUIRES BLUITT GAS PROCESSING PLANT

 TULSA, Okla., April 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Warren Petroleum Company, a Chevron (NYSE: CHV) company, announced today the acquisition of the Bluitt Gas Processing Plant in Roosevelt County, New Mexico, from Trident NGL, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
 The Bluitt Plant processes over 15 million cubic feet per day (cf/d) of natural gas and recovers approximately 1,600 barrels per day (b/d) of natural gas liquids. The gathering system supporting the Bluitt Plant consists of more than 700 miles of pipelines, gathering gas from three counties in New Mexico and five counties in Texas. The acquisition strengthens Warren's gas processing capability in Southeastern New Mexico and the Permian Basin of Texas, and is added to seven other processing plants in the area, bringing the total volumes to 263 million cf/d of processed natural gas yielding 31,000 b/d of gas liquids.
 Warren is an industry leader in gas processing and natural gas liquids marketing, providing a broad range of fractionation, storage, and terminaling services.
