 WARNER-LAMBERT APPOINTS GEORGE FOTIADES PRESIDENT,
 CONSUMER HEALTH PRODUCTS
 MORRIS PLAINS, N.J., Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Warner-Lambert Company (NYSE: WLA) today said George L. Fotiades has been appointed president of its Consumer Health Products Group in the United States and a corporate vice president, effective Nov. 16.
 Fotiades will head the company's division responsible for non- prescription drug and personal care products in the U.S. He will be a member of the management committee and report to John F. Walsh, executive vice president and president, Consumer Products Sector. Fotiades succeeds Raymond P. LeFebvre, who left the company in April, 1992.
 "George possesses not only an extensive management background, but a leadership style which fosters a commitment to people and to quality," Walsh said. "His broad consumer product experience, together with his global approach to business makes him ideally suited to help lead our U.S. OTC business."
 Fotiades comes to Warner-Lambert from Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he most recently served as president, consumer products, in Japan. While at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Fotiades was senior vice president and general manager of Clairol for the Consumer Products U.S. Division. Prior to joining Bristol-Myers Squibb, Fotiades worked for American Home Products as senior vice president of the Boyle-Midway group. Fotiades began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he served 11 years in a variety of marketing and general management roles for both P&G and its Richardson- Vicks Division.
 Fotiades received his B.A. degree in economics from Amherst College and his MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
 Fotiades and his family will be relocating to the Morristown area from Tokyo.
 Among the Consumer Health Product Group's leading products are Listerine antiseptic and Cool Mint Listerine antiseptic mouthwashes, Benadryl antihistamine, Caladryl lotion, Lubriderm skin lotion, Efferdent denture cleanser, e.p.t in-home pregnancy test, and Replens vaginal moisturizer.
