 WARD'S REPORTS ESTIMATED AUTO PRODUCTION
 DETROIT, Nov. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. car and truck manufacturers


will produce an estimated 267,628 vehicles this week, according to Ward's Automotive Reports.
 This week's scheduled output represents a 9.7-percent increase from last week's actual build of 243,933, and is 10.5 percent above same-week 1991 total, Ward's said.
 Three regularly active U.S. vehicle assembly plants are closed this week to reduce inventories, the weekly newsletter reported.
 Calendar-year 1992 U.S. assemblies through the end of this week stands at an estimated 8,531,595, 8.0 percent ahead of like-1991's 7,900,944, added Ward's.
 Of the cars slated for production this week in the United States, General Motors Corp. accounts for 42.5 percent; Ford Motor Co., 21.9 percent; Chrysler Corp., 10.0 percent; Honda of America Mfg. Inc., 6.8 percent; Nissan Motor Mfg. Corp., 4.2 percent; AutoAlliance International Inc., 4.0 percent; Toyota Motor Mfg. USA Inc., 3.9 percent; New United Motor Mfg. Inc., 3.5 percent; Diamond-Star Motors Corp., 2.3 percent; and Subaru-Isuzu Automotive Inc., 0.9 percent.
