 WARD'S REPORTS ESTIMATED AUTO PRODUCTION
 DETROIT, Nov. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. car and truck manufacturers


will produce an estimated 213,288 vehicles this week, according to Ward's Automotive Reports.
 This week's scheduled output represents a 5.3-percent decrease from last week's actual build of 225,118, but is 5.4 percent above same-week 1991's 202,406, Ward's said.
 Five regularly active U.S. vehicle assembly plants are closed this week to reduce inventories, the weekly newsletter reported.
 Calendar-year 1992 U.S. assemblies through the end of this week stands at an estimated 8,307,155, 8.0 percent ahead of like-1991's 7,695,088, added Ward's.
 Of the cars slated for production this week in the United States, General Motors Corp. accounts for 45.2 percent; Ford Motor Co., 18.4 percent; Chrysler Corp., 10.5 percent; Honda of America Mfg. Inc., 5.9 percent; AutoAlliance International Inc., 4.5 percent; Nissan Motor Mfg. Corp., 4.3 percent; Toyota Motor Mfg. USA Inc., 4.0 percent; New United Motor Mfg. Inc., 3.9 percent; Diamond-Star Motors Corp., 2.4 percent; and Subaru-Isuzu Automotive Inc., 0.9 percent.
