WALLACE ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN OFFICERS HILLSIDE, Ill., Jan. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Wallace Computer Services,
Inc. (NYSE: WCS) announced that its chairman of the board and chief executive officer, Theodore Dimitriou, has temporarily reassumed the office of president and chief operating officer while its board of directors searches for a replacement for its former president, John W. Turner.
Turner ceased to hold the office of president and chief operating officer effective Jan. 15, 1992. The company is currently negotiating a separation agreement with Turner. The board of directors hopes to complete its search for a replacement for Turner within the next several months.
