 WALDORF ANNOUNCES ADDITIONS TO BOARD
 ST. PAUL, Minn., Aug. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Waldorf Corporation


announced today the addition of two directors to its board. They are Joseph B. McArthur, vice chairman, Moore Corporation Limited of Canada and F.B. Williams, retired senior vice president, Sonoco Products Company.
 Present members of the board include Eugene U. Frey, Richard E. O'Leary, John E. Byrne, all principal shareholders; as well as A. Thomas Luey, retired; Monsignor Terrence J. Murphy, Chancellor of the University of St. Thomas; and Warren R. Spannaus, partner in the law firm of Dorsey and Whitney.
 In announcing the new directors, Chairman Frey expressed his pleasure with the addition of these two strong and experienced business people to the board of directors. Williams has several decades of experience in the paperboard and converting industry. McArthur has a long history of international scope in financial and business systems.
 Waldorf Corporation is a vertically integrated North American paperboard packaging company with three recycled paperboard mills and seven folding carton operations in the United States and Canada. The company has over 2,300 employees and annual sales in excess of $350 million.
