WALBRO CORPORATION DECLARES FOURTH-QUARTER DIVIDEND

 CASS CITY, Mich., Dec. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Walbro Corporation (NASDAQ-NMS: WALB) has declared a fourth-quarter dividend of 10 cents per share, payable Jan. 31, 1994, to stockholders of record Dec. 31, 1993. The dividend will be paid on approximately 8,550,000 shares outstanding.
 Walbro Corporation is a designer and manufacturer of automotive and small engine fuel system components. Walbro Corporation is headquartered in Cass City and has subsidiaries and joint ventures throughout the world, including the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, Singapore, Korea, and France. Walbro common stock is traded on the NASDAQ National Market System under the symbol WALB.
