 SEATTLE, March 4 /PRNewswire/ -- The national human resource


consulting firm of W F Corroon (WFC), formerly known as C&B Consulting Group, announced today the promotion of Louis J. Costello (48). A resident of Issaquah, Costello's experience in employee benefits spans 25 years. Before joining WFC as director of Employee Benefits Consulting in 1991, he worked for Blue Cross of Washington and Alaska, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Utah; most recently as Marketing vice president. His tenure with Blue Cross/Blue Shield included service on committees for national and regional issues.
 Costello was instrumental in the Blue Cross/Blue Shield-sponsored component of the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) program. As a consultant, his clients have included:
