W F CORROON ANNOUNCES SENIOR EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENTS

 LOS ANGELES, March 3 /PRNewswire/ -- The national human resource consulting firm of W F Corroon (WFC), formerly known as C&B Consulting Group, today announced key executive promotions.
 Thomas H. Crews, a 30-year veteran in the employee benefits field, was named senior vice president. Crews is the founder of Thomas H. Crews and Associates Inc., which merged with WFC on July 1, 1992. A well-known speaker on employee benefit topics, he is a former faculty member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Crews, a resident of La Quinta, holds a bachelor of science degree in mathematics and business administration from Northwestern State University in Louisiana.
 Also named senior vice president of the firm was Rick Mayo, who has 14 years of experience consulting on retirement plans out of W F Corroon's San Diego office. He has designed and implemented 401(k) programs for large and medium-sized organizations and defined benefit programs for large non-profit organizations. Mayo's experience includes the design of non-qualified retirement programs and implementation of Employee Stock Ownership Plans. His degree is a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Nebraska.
 Two WFC executives promoted to vice president rank are Bruce Dane and Gerald Crews.
 Dane specializes in flexible benefit plans, including feasibility research and design. Most recently, he completed studies for two large industrial companies, and the installation of flexible benefit plans for two major medical centers and a medical laboratory. Dane has been serving as a benefits consultant to the Hospital Council of Southern California since 1985. Prior to joining WFC, he was a consulting actuary with The Wyatt Co. in San Diego, where he was instrumental in the design and implementation of Transamerica's universal life products. Dane is a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries. He received a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Michigan.
 Gerald D. Crews is the author of a manual on multi-employer benefit plan compliance with COBRA. His work has been solicited by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Crews is the primary consultant to several Taft-Hartley and corporate clients. His degree is a B.A. from Whittier College.
 W F Corroon, a corporate subsidiary of the Willis Corroon Group plc. (NYSE: WCG) is a consultant to corporations, governmental and non-profit organizations and multi-employer plans. It specializes in compensation, benefits, retirement, actuarial, communication and organization consulting. Its western region is directed by WFC President and Chief Executive Officer James A.
