Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE:VOYA) has announced it has named that Curtis Arledge, senior research associate at The Forum for Growth & Innovation at Harvard Business School, to the board of directors, the company said.

Arledge will serve on the board's risk, investment and finance committee and the technology, innovation and operations committee.

Previously, Arledge served as the vice chairman of BNY Mellon and chief executive officer of Investment Management.
