Volvo reports on share conversion.

Commercial vehicle manufacturer AB Volvo (STO:VOLVB) reported on Friday that the number of votes in the company has changed due to the conversion of a total of 750,000 series A shares to a total of 750,000 series B shares.

Reportedly, these conversions were implemented with the support of the opportunity for series A shareholders to request conversion of series A shares to series B shares, which was entered in the Articles of Association at the 2011 Annual General Meeting.

As on 28 June 2019, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 2,128,420,220 registered shares in AB Volvo. Of these 477,355,829 are series A shares and 1,651,064,391 series B shares.

Also, the number of votes in the company amounts to 642,462,268.1 based on the number of registered shares.

Volvo manufactures trucks, buses, engines and construction equipment, as well as providing financial services and power solutions for marine and industrial applications.
