Vitamins can cause confusion.

Byline: COLIN VAUSE Marsh

I THINK it's about time that people knew the full facts about taking vitamins and mineral supplements.

The boffins now tell us that Vitamin E is linked with cancer etc.

I'm not a pill popper but I do take cod liver oil on a daily basis and garlic if I get a cold as I find it eases the symptoms.

But I recently bought some Kwai Garlic tablets, on the packet it states "Do not take with Cod Liver Oil" and yet when you go to the chemist you see Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil capsules with garlic added to them. Isn't this confusing?

But as this is a health issue people should be made fully aware of the facts with one stating one thing and another stating different. Let's have it clear.
