Norwegian financial outsourcing and solutions group Visma ASA said on Friday (13 June) that its division Visma Services Norge AS had signed an outsourcing agreement with the petrol station chain Statoil Detaljhandel AS.
The agreement covers accounting, payroll, electronic transmissions and consultancy services for approximately 300 Statoil petrol stations in Norway, representing annual revenues of approximately NOK20m, Visma said.
Statoil Detaljhandel has some 500 outlets in Norway, and all can utilise Visma Services for accounting and payroll.
One Norwegian krone (NOK) is worth approximately 0.09 British pounds (GBP).
