Visiting Nurses retain Harlan.

The Harlan Company, a New Yorkbased real estate investment banking firm, announced it had been retained as exclusive tenant advisor and representative by the Visiting Nurse Service of New York to develop and implement a plan to effectively meet the service's real estate needs.

The Visiting Nurse Service, which provides in-home health care, currently has offices in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx. The lease for these offices, which total approximately 250,000 square-feet, will all be expiring at different times over the next several years.

The Harlan Company will work closely with the Visiting Nurse Service to analyze and evaluate the service's space requirements in the coming years and provide a comprehensive plan to meet those needs.
