Virginia Veterinary Medical Association Co-Hosts 2013 Potomac Regional Veterinary Conference.

Richmond, VA, November 06, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The Virginia Veterinary Medical Association (VVMA) has announced that it will co-host the 2013 Potomac Regional Veterinary Conference (PRVC) from Friday, Nov. 8 through Sunday, Nov. 10 at the Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va. The conference will be hosted in conjunction with the District of Columbia, Maryland and West Virginia Veterinary Medical Associations. The conference offers a total of 54 hours of continuing education, composed of 18 hours each in small animal education, equine education and public practice. Speakers' topics will be divided among those same three categories.

Featuring lectures and discussions from a great list of renowned veterinarians as well as a full exhibit hall, the weekend-long event will include a bowling tournament after dinner on Saturday night among the four associations. Sponsors for the event include Access National Bank, Elanco, Merial, Novartis Animal Health, Purina, Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine, Zoetis, Crossroads Animal Care, Antech, MWI Veterinary Supply and Universal Imaging.
