All of the new items will be complimentary for passengers travelling in First Class and Main Cabin Select, as well as being available for purchase in the Main Cabin.
Passengers on Virgin America flights are able to order food and drinks through a "food button", using either the Red video touch-screen at every seat or the hand-held remote control in every armrest.
The new cocktails include cosmopolitans, mojitos and margaritas, all costing USD8 in the Main Cabin.
