Village transaction.

An 11,000-SF retail center in southwest Little Rock changed hands in a $1.24 million deal.

Stage Partners LLC, led by Jeff Hathaway, bought the Village Center at 1 Stagecoach Village Drive. The seller is Village Center LLC, led by Bud Finley.

The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $1 million from Bank of the Ozarks in Little Rock.

The 1.8-acre development previously was tied to an April 2001 mortgage of $855,000 held by Malvern National Bank.

Village Center LLC purchased the land in May 2000 as part of a $635,000 deal with Gerald and Billie Staley.

The Staleys acquired the property in September 1994 as part of deals totaling more than $165,000. The sellers were Richard and Faye Elliott, $130,900; Robert and Janie Elliott, $15,000; Terry and Robin Elliott, $9,000; John and Patsy Elliott, $8,000; and Larry and Ellen Elliott, $3,000.
