Villa left raging after Delph quits for City; WHO'S IN WHO'S OUT ALL THE TRANSFER MOVES.
FABIAN DELPH sparked fury among Aston Villa fans by quitting for Man City - a week after insisting he was staying.
The midfielder has penned a five-year deal after City agreed to meet an PS8m release clause inserted into the new contract he signed at Villa in January.
Delph had initially rejected the move and six days ago told Villa fans: "I'm not leaving."
After his U-turn he said: "Leaving Aston Villa is the hardest decision I've had to make. I've proved I can play at the top level with England and owe it to myself to take the challenge of playing for one of the biggest clubs in the world."
Villa's anger is set to be capped by Liverpool bidding PS32.5m to trigger star striker Christian Benteke's release clause.
