Viewpoints Speak out and defend unborn.

Clearly it's an absolute truth that abortion kills an unborn human being.

In our present culture that turns a blind eye to the British daily abortion rate of 500, where else can we turn to protect these innocents?

It would be rare to find a mother who would not give her life for her child.

December 28 is an annual date in the Church's calendar commemorating the Feast of the Holy Innocents, when King Herod decreed that all male children two years old and under should be killed to make sure he was rid of the Christ child Jesus. It was then that the words spoken through Prophet Jeremiah were fulfilled: 'A voice was heard in Ramah sobbing and loudly lamenting. It was Rachel weeping for her children, refusing to be comforted because they were no more.'

We know that many women who have had abortions are in trauma and today lamenting the loss of their children. Perhaps through their suffering they can find some healing by speaking in defence of the unborn.
