Byline: Colin Russell

Cherished Number (8.30 Hamilton, nap)

Has run two sound races in better company this season and, with the aid of a good draw, is fancied to get off the mark.

Majestic Times (6.45 Hamilton)

Trotted up at Newcastle. This race chosen from several entries this week and, although not well drawn, is fancied to follow up.

Kid'z'play (9.00 Hamilton)

In fine form and, as he is likely to get the run of the race, another bold bid predicted.

Dizzy In The Head (2.30 Nottingham)

First home on unfavoured stands' side at Newcastle last time. Much better drawn today and expected to take all the beating.

Swift Alchemist (2.40 Yarmouth)

Improved form to dead-heat last time and expected to go well back in a handicap.
