Byline: Colin Russell

Along The Nile (4.40 Haydock, nap) Course-and-distance winner who has been in fine form this summer. Facing a stiffer task at the weights, but this race is likely to be run to suit him and a big run is predicted.

Turn On The Style (3.00 Haydock) In good form, just failing to get back up in a similar event at Windsor last time. Fancied to go one better. Silverhay (5.40 Haydock) Back to form when third over a mile at Nottingham on latest outing. Today's longer trip not expected to be a problem, and fancied to go well again.

Everest (2.10 Newmarket) Returned to form when winning over course and distance on latest outing. A bold bid is anticipated, particularly if the ground eases.

Ouninpohja (3.45 Newmarket) Having a fine season, and although up in the weights for his recent win in a competitive event at Pontefract, is expected to give another good account.

Others to followHaydock: 5.10 Dance To My Tune. Newmarket: 4.50 Loop The Loup.
