Versa Machinery.

Versa Machinery, Somerville, NJ, and Metzner and Boehm, Apparatebau GmbH of Ulm, Germany will market one another's products. Versa will market Metzner and Boehm's cutters for extruded shapes, and machines for wire cutting and stripping in North and South America and will provide service and technical support from its headquarters in New Jersey. Metzner and Boehm will market and service Versa's equipment in Europe. Its Ulm headquarters will be equipped with spare parts and engineers will be trained in the service and application of Versa equipment. The companies will release the USM Series of universal cutting machines under the Metzner/Versa name.
