Vacuum bag filter.

A patent for a disposable vacuum cleaner bag has been awarded to Home Care Industries, Clifton, NJ. The company's "Micro-Lined" filter bags are said to capture and retain more than 99% of common indoor irritants and pollutants--in the micro particle range--released into the air during vacuuming.

The two-layer bags combine a standard paper layer with a nonwoven air filter inner lining of a melt blown microfiber webbing. The bag's design allows for superior filtration, increased strength, improved durability and enhanced dust/dirt fill capacity; it is suitable for upright and canister vacuum models.
