THE TV show Trisha should be renamed Trashy. It is no more than a peep show for the prurient, with Trisha acting uncomprehending, her jaw agape, at the antics of the degenerate posers on the show.

What we need for good TV are good performers I mean, what became of Tommy Steele? Unlike contemporaries, Cliff Richard and Adam Faith, he disappeared from the headlines after he made a couple of films in Hollywood in the Sixties. A great shame. J. M., Fife.
