VOET'S RESPONSIBILITIES INCREASED AT F&M BANCORPORATION

 KAUKAUNA, Wis., Nov. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Gail E. Janssen, president and chairman of the board at F&M Bancorporation (NASDAQ-NMS: FMBK), has announced that Daniel E. Voet will be adding the responsibility of treasurer for the company to his current position as vice president of accounting.
 Voet is currently responsible for the coordination of financial reporting for all member banks and for the corporation. In addition, he is responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as regulatory reporting. He is a member of the Asset/Liability Planning Committee and the Investment Committee for F&M Bancorporation. Now, his position will include the added responsibility of reporting financial information directly to the board of directors.
 Two years ago, Voet joined the staff as corporate accountant. He was promoted to vice president this past spring.
 Voet is a licensed C.P.A. and a graduate of St. Norbert College. Prior to his position with F&M Bancorporation, he spent five years in Green Bay, Wis., working for Shinners, Hucovski & Co. as a public accountant. During that time he held the positions of staff accountant, senior accountant, and supervisor.
 Voet is a native of Kaukauna and currently lives in the city with his wife, Sue (Van Hoof), of Hollandtown. He is active in community activities, and in addition, enjoys hunting, fishing, golf and bowling.
