VIVA and Pepsi in new partnership.

MANAMA: VIVA Bahrain has entered into a partnership with PepsiCo to bring rewards for VIVA customers and Pepsi fans as part of the Pepsi Experience Points (PXP) loyalty and rewards programme.

The PXP loyalty and rewards programme is launching with a special promotion valid until the end of this month. Prizes to be won, range from VIVA to VIVA five-minute call vouchers, to 50MB data allowance packages.

VIVA customers have been invited to collect the points available through purchase of Pepsi or Diet Pepsi 355ml cans.

The codes on the cans have to be entered in the PXP and the points can be redeemed for instant rewards.

"As consumer-focused brands, we strive to engage and interact in unique and innovative ways with our customers, offering them something extra through value-added reward programmes," VIVA chief commercial officer Andrew Hanna said.

"Through this partnership, our customers will continue to enjoy what they like the most - their favourite beverage and the best telecom network in Bahrain, together with instant prizes given away including free minutes and data allowances."

PepsiCo Middle East and Africa region chief marketing officer Carla Hassan said the PXP was a global Pepsi signature loyalty and rewards programme run across many countries.

"We are very excited to implement it in the Middle East and create new experiences for our loyal consumers in Bahrain," she said.

"Through our partnership with VIVA, our fans will have the chance to win thousands of valuable prizes instantly. All they need to do is just follow a few easy steps."
