In Egyptian times,honey was used as a cure for impotence, while modern day alternate remedies include eating pineapple,also packed with vitamin C.

Chinese culture has long prized nutmeg as an aphrodisiac and Safeway reports that more of this spice is sold in its Welsh stores than anywhere else in Britain.
