VISUAL INDUSTRIES FILES FOR CHAPTER 11 NEWARK, N.J., Aug. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Visual Industries, Inc.
(NASDAQ: VISC) today announced that, after receiving a default notice from one of its lenders, its board of directors voted to seek protection under Chapter 11 of the Federal Bankruptcy Code, on Aug. 14, 1992.
