 VISA U.S.A, NFIB FOUNDATION TO ANNOUNCE THE RELEASE
 OF 'THE PROBLEMS AND PRIORITIES OF SMALL BUSINESS'
 VISA U.S.A. and the National Federation of Independent Business Foundation will announce the release of "The Problems and Priorities of Small Business," a survey of more than 5,000 small business owners conducted to determine their concerns and needs.
 Participants:

 -- Thomas Gray, resident fellow, small business policy
 -- John Motley, vice president, federal legislation
 -- Steve Woods, vice president, state legislation
