VIDEOCART TO LICENSE ITS TECHNOLOGY IN SPAIN

CHICAGO, March 3 /PRNewswire/ -- VideOcart, Inc. (NASDAQ: VCRTC), announced today that it has received a letter of intent regarding a license to use its technology in Spain.
A partnership of Omina Electronics and Tecnovideo S.A., Madrid, will purchase a license to install VideOcart in leading retail outlets in Spain. Installations will commence upon completion of the certification process for VideOcart's radio and electrical equipment.
Using VideOcart's systems, Tecnovideo will be responsible for show production, network management, and all other aspects of Spanish operations. VideOcart will assist in training and initial installation.
VideOcart has previously announced that it is pursuing nonexclusive and exclusive license sales in a number of countries in the Far East, Europe, South America and the Middle East.
VideOcart is a micro-marketing media company, in its development stage, which installs and maintains a communication network consisting of programmable and targetable digital communications to video displays affixed to grocery shopping carts. This communications network, now installed in supermarkets across the country, allows consumer product goods manufacturers to reach consumers at the exact aisle location of the brand being advertised or promoted with a flexible video message.
