 VIDEO LOTTERY TECHNOLOGIES PLANS PUBLIC OFFERING
 BOZEMAN, Mont., April 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Video Lottery Technologies,


Inc. (NASDAQ: VLTS) announced today that it is planning an underwritten public offering of 1,600,000 shares of its common stock. The proceeds of the offering would be used principally to finance the proposed acquisition of the Automated Wagering division of Control Data Corp., which has been previously announced. Video Lottery believes up to an additional 400,000 shares will be sold in the offering by selling stockholders.
