 VICTORIAN GAMING COMMISSION REVERSES DECISION ON
 VIDEO LOTTERY TECHNOLOGIES SUBSIDIARY
 BOZEMAN, Mont., Sept. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Video Lottery Technologies, Inc. (VLT) (NASDAQ: VLTS) announced today that the Victorian Gaming Commission, in Victoria, Australia, reversed a previous decision which had placed Video Lottery Consultants, Inc. (VLC), a VLT subsidiary, on the roll of approved gaming manufacturers. VLT also stated that all of VLC's current contracts in Victoria have been completed, with full payments having been received.
 Company officials have not had an opportunity to complete a detailed review of this matter and determine the company's response to the decision.
