Uptown beauty gets a facelift.

206 East 95th Street, an 18 story brick and glass building constructed in the late 1990's is being renovated and upgraded by luxury developers Perry Finkelman of American Development Group (ADG) and Mark' Engel of Langsam Property Services, in collaboration with architect Reuben Gross, principal of Reuben Gross Associates and designer Penny Kim of Penny Kim Design.

Together, the team will design and construct 43 high-end condominiums in Manhattan's Upper East Side.

Located on 95th street between Second and Third Avenues, 206 East 95th Street not only offers a unique and advantageous building layout, but will also provide innovative and modern design amenities.

The building's octagonal shape affords light and air to every unit in the building. Spectacular views of the East River are offered in virtually every unit.

Finkelman will be partnering with Langsam, a premier property management company for over 50 years. The project will capitalize on the successful partnership of the two in other recent condominium projects throughout Manhattan.
