Update Samsung Galaxy S2 (GT-I9100G) with Android 4.4.2 SlimROM.

The SlimROM team has released a new SlimKat build for Samsung Galaxy S2 GT-I9100G Android 4.4.2 update. SlimKat builds offer a range of customization features often. For users new to Android ROMs, providers of the update advise extreme care. Ideally, it is best for neophytes to Android ROMs to stay away from SlimKat builds. As for those who wish to try out the update, there are several steps to follow.

Before getting started, there are several things users should satisfy and accomplish. The update provided only caters to Galaxy S2 I9100G model. Flashing the given ROM to other models can lead to a bricked phone.

Ideally, charge the device fully to avoid problems. Back up all important files, settings and information.
