Don't miss out on two great TAPPI courses designed for manufacturers of web products--Web Handling and Converting, scheduled October 10-11, and Winding Operations, October 12-13, 2005. Participants will expand their technical knowledge and be able to immediately apply newly acquired problem-solving skills to positively impact company bottom lines. The courses will take place at the Holiday Inn Neenah Riverwalk in Neenah, Wisconsin.

The Web Handling and Converting Course benefits anyone working with web machinery by providing them with the tools and knowledge to reduce waste, improve quality and enhance efficiency. Attendees will learn how to save time and money by effectively diagnosing and treating problems such as baggy webs, wrinkles, wound roll defects, and more. The Winding Operations Course helps manufacturers and converters of web products as well as machine builders understand and interpret winding literature to prevent or troubleshoot real problems such as wound roll defects. Attendees will move from the basics of winding and winder options to winding theory and roll analysis.

The Courses are instructed by Dr. David Roisum, a well-known authority in the area of web handling and converting.

Participants should register before September 9, 2005 to take advantage of the Early Bird registration savings.
