Unwanted gifts can help hospice; THRIVE.

The League of Friends of the John Taylor Hospice has launched a seasonal appeal for unwanted gifts.

Ray Woods, a spokes man for the charity, said: "Good quality gifts are always useful for fundraising. The money that we raise will go towards the care and comfort of patients."

Unwanted gifts can be taken to the hospice reception at 76 Grange Road, Erdington. Anyone wishing to go on the supporters list and receive details of future events and activities, can leave their details at the same time.

The John Taylor Hospice helps patients with life threatening illnesses and their families. It serves a population of over 400,000 in Sutton Coldfield, the north and east of Birmingham together with adjoining areas.
