University of Miami Law School Graduate Program in Taxation.

Barry Nelson of Nelson & Levine, P.A., in North Miami Beach presented, "Current Trends & Traps in Estate Planning 2004/2005--Estate Planning and Asset Protection Techniques to Consider and Traps to Avoid" at the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants' Florida Institute on Federal Taxation Conference in Orlando, as well as at the Jacksonville Estate Planning Council meeting in Jacksonville. Nelson also presented, "Asset Protection & Estate Planning--Why Not Have Both?" at the Boca Raton Tax Institute and Palm Beach Tax Institute meeting in West Palm Beach. Additionally, Nelson was reappointed as an adjunct professor at the University of Miami Law School Graduate Program in Taxation for the spring 2005 semester.
