United States : Zionsville school board considers new superintendent contract.

Nobody from the community spoke at a recent public hearing regarding the contract. of Zionsville Community Schools Superintendent Scott Robison.

The contract will enter force on July 1, 2016, and run trough June 30, 2019.

It would pay a $163,410 base salary to the superintendent.

His performance would be assessed at least once per employment year under the direction of the ZCS Board of School Trustees presidet, and a written copy of the assessment would become a permanent part of Robisons file, remaining confidential unless required by law.

The contract says, Dr. Robisons Basic Salary shall be reviewed for each Employment Year of this Agreement. Increases in such Basic Salary, up to 3% of Basic Salary, shall be granted by ZCS retroactive to the beginning of the Employment Year for which the increase is applicable and shall be based upon Dr. Robisons annual performance evaluation ratings as Superintendent. Increases shall be granted only if Dr. Robisons performance is rated effective or highly effective for the employment year being evaluated.
