United Kingdom : Savills welcomes spec build bigh shed to the market in Thrapston, Northamptonshire.

On behalf of Hampton Brook UK Ltd, Savills jointly with Burbage Realty, have been appointed to let Thrapston 103, a new speculative distribution warehouse in Thrapston, Northamptonshire.

The site is set to comprise a 103,000 sq ft (9,569 sq m) warehouse facility, which will include 4,930 sq ft (458 sq m) of office space, 23 HGV parking spaces and 10 access doors in total. Due for completion in Q1 2016, the unit is available to let from a starting quoting rent of 4.95 per sq ft (53.26 per sq m).

Situated in the prime industrial location of Thrapston, the property benefits from being adjacent to the A14 and A45 providing access to the M1 and A1. Major brands such as Paperchase, Primark and Morrisons also occupy warehouse space nearby.

Toby Green, director of industrial business space at Savills, comments: Thrapston 103 is the first speculatively built warehouse to come to the market in East Northamptonshire, making it an exciting opportunity for potential occupiers. There continues to be a critical lack of industrial supply and development across the UK, so we expect to receive significant interest for this premium new stock.
