Christ Church advised by Savills, has let space at 1 Cambridge Terrace in Oxford to Peter Brett Associates.The leading development and infrastructure consultancy has agreed a new 10 year lease for the whole of the first floor totalling 4,268 sq ft (430 sq m) and will pay an annual rent of Au78,958.
Earlier this year international development charity, INASP took 3,901 sq ft (362 sq m) of ground floor space aat the adjoining 2 Cambridge Terrace, which had been refurbished.Currently there is one suite of 1,192 sq ft (111 sq m) of space available at 1 Cambridge Terrace from a quoting rent of Au18.45 per sq ft (Au195 per sq m).
