United Arab Emirates,United States : NEXTANT AEROSPACE to make its maiden exhibition at the DUBAI AIRSHOW.

Nextant Aerospace, the United States-based company specializing in the remanufacturing of business jets, is all set to exhibit its aircraft at the 13th biennial Dubai Airshow.

The world s lone business jet remanufacturer will offer a fixed demonstration to display the 400XTi aircraft, the GE H80 engine, which will add power to the Nextant G90XT turboprop and its Spectrum Aeromed air ambulance equipment.

The company, which was set up in 2007, will also showcase a replica of the new GE H80 turboprop engine at the Dubai event.

As part of a strategic partnership declared at the NB, the US firm GE will deliver new engines for Nextant s upcoming series of recreated aircraft. Based on the King Air C90 series deriving power from GE H80 engines, the inaugural project is called the Nextant G90XT. Similar to the 400XTi, the G90XT will change notions of value in its segment with considerable enhancement in performance and reduced costs at only 50% of the acquisition-price.

Nextant President Sean McGeough stated, With continuous growth in trade and GDP, Middle Eastern governments and business leaders are looking for more time-efficient and cost-effective travel options.

The region also offers particularly strong prospects for special missions applications including air ambulance, freight, training, surveillance, high-density seating and cloud seeding.

Nextant will start supplying the new model by a year and the company predicts an active production movement considering a set of prospective 1,500 right airframes across the globe.
