Union Pacific Resources Group Inc. Announces Relocation

FORT WORTH, Texas, Nov. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Union Pacific Resources Group Inc., (UPR) today announced that it has signed a lease with Crescent Real Estate Equities Inc. to relocate its corporate headquarters from 801 Cherry Street to 777 Main Street (Continental Plaza Building) in Fort Worth.

This move is expected to occur sometime in the fourth quarter of 1998. Approximately 1,000 employees of UPR will be relocated. "We believe this location will greatly enhance our employees' working environment. We like the economic terms of the lease very much, but we also like the fact that Crescent is a hometown landlord who is headquartered in the same building. In consideration of locations, it was important to us that we remain a resident of downtown Fort Worth," said Jack Messman, Chairman.
