Unify and Cadec Partner to Offer Joint End-to-End Driver Efficiency Solution; Strategic Partnership Combines Unify's Driver Standards Technology with Cadec's Onboard Computers to Optimize Fleet Driver Efficiency.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Unify Corp. (OTCBB:UNFY), a leading provider of business process automation solutions, and Cadec Corp., a leading provider of mobile information systems, today announced a strategic alliance to enable customers to gain visibility into truck driver performance with the goal to improve efficiency and bottlenecks, and optimize fleet transportation operations. The joint offering provides a real-time comprehensive analysis of individual and team driver performance and enables fleet management to identify and rectify inefficiencies and reduce transportation costs.

The partnership creates a bundled offering of Unify ViaMode(TM) and Cadec's onboard computers. ViaMode provides on-demand reporting and analysis information on driver performance based on engineered work standards for truck drivers, which is obtained from the onboard computers located on every truck. The solution brings real-time visibility to the driver, management, and administrative levels, as well as across various time and geographic zones. Each trip is detailed and measured against pre-set performance standards to enable reduced labor and fleet management costs.

"This partnership leverages Unify's and Cadec's proven success in delivering transportation efficiency solutions that result in unparalleled operational gains and reduced costs," said Frank Verardi, vice president and general manager of Unify Business Solutions. "Unify and Cadec are executing on a shared vision for providing superior solutions and best of breed technology that meet the ever-changing demands of the transportation industry."

"We're pleased to partner with Unify to provide our customers with a complete solution that helps them significantly improve driver and fleet transportation performance," said Tom Lemke, executive vice president of Cadec. "Unify's business rules technology and reporting capability gleaned from data collected by our onboard computers offers one of the most innovative mobile management solutions available today."
