UniDial Communications Selects NorthPoint as Its Premier DSL Provider Offering High-Quality Broadband Media Solutions.

UniDial Communications announced today it has reached an agreement with NorthPoint Communications (NASDAQ: NPNT) to deliver digital subscriber line (DSL) broadband services to business customers throughout the United States.

UniDial is a national telecommunications company offering integrated communications solutions for small-to-medium sized businesses and is in the process of deploying its own nationwide "next generation" data network. NorthPoint, a leading competitive local exchange carrier, employs DSL-based broadband technology to bring affordable, high-speed Internet access to homes and businesses nationwide. The advantages of DSL broadband technology in business environments include enhanced performance for video conferencing, interactive distance learning, Web hosting and multimedia applications.
