UTI expands automotive training.

Universal Technical Institute (UTI) has begun automotive training at its new Exton, Pa., and Orlando, Fla., campuses. The new Exton campus, which opened to students on July 19, 2004, has approximately 160,000 square feet. UTI also announced in July that it has begun offering the automotive program at the site of its Motorcycle and Marine Mechanics Institute campus in Orlando.

"These automotive program expansions address the growing technician needs of our industry customers in these specific regions," says UTI President and CEO Kimberly McWaters. "These expansions are in line with our company's commitment to future growth."

Universal Technical Institute, a member of the ACTE Business-Education Partnership, is a nationwide provider of training for automotive, diesel, collision repair, motorcycle and marine technicians. r offers undergraduate The company offers under degree, diploma and certificate pro grams at eight campuses across the United States, and manufacturer-sponsored advanced programs at 22 dedicated training centers.
