USWA CANCELS NEWS CONFERENCE

 PITTSBURGH, Nov. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The United Steelworkers of America (USWA) today canceled a news conference it had called to discuss terms of its agreement in principle on a new contract with USX Corp.
 Andrew V. Palm, chairman of the union negotiating committee, said unresolved issues have delayed presentation of the agreement to the full union negotiating committee.
 Palm said the USWA would release the details if and when the outstanding issues are resolved.
