USU Software to buy 70% in Swiss Get IT Services.
German USU Software AG (ETR:OSP2) said in a statement it plans to take 70% in Swiss Get IT Services GmbH for an undisclosed sum.
The management board of USU and the shareholders of Get IT have agreed on the main points of the transaction, USU said.
The two companies have already been partnering for several years. Get IT specialises in IT strategy and service management plus IT infrastructure library training and preparation for ISO 20,000 certifications.
