 USTELECENTERS OPENS HARTFORD OFFICE;
 ROBERT MUCHINSKY TO MANAGE OPERATION
 BOSTON, March 10 /PRNewsire/ -- USTeleCenters Inc. today announced its market expansion into Hartford, Conn. This office will augment USTeleCenters' service of New England businesses that require telecommunications network and videoconferencing systems. Newly appointed by USTeleCenters to manage this effort is Robert Muchinsky, previously of Northstar Corp. and Sonecor Systems, a division of Southern New England Telephone (SNET).
 "Companies in Connecticut and western Massachusetts are turning to USTeleCenters for help in choosing the best mix of network services equipment from the complex array of products on the market," said Brian Bogosian, president and chief operating officer of USTeleCenters. "The opening of our Hartford office will enable us to better serve these customers and continue to expand our client base in New England."
 Initially, the office will provide sales and support for videoconferencing customers and will soon broaden activities to include integrated voice processing systems, and local and long-distance network products.
 The office is located at 111 Charter Oak Ave. in the heart of the city's financial district.
 USTeleCenters offers products from recognized industry leaders, such as PictureTel Corp. videoconferencing systems, VMX Inc. voice processing systems and Northern Telecom, Inc. telephone equipment. USTeleCenters' Network Services Division acts in partnership with New England Telephone to sell its complete family of network products and services. USTeleCenters also offers services from Bell Atlantic, Ameritech, Southwest Bell, U.S. West and U.S. Sprint.
